The rooms here are very spacious with comfortable decor and the food is outstanding.

Fairly clean, nice basic hotel, I truly enjoyed big size and beautiful rooms and excellent staff. Tbh, had a real good stay for business trip.

the stay was very good. liked this clean and cheerful place, pretty friendly staff and warm rooms. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect in the center of milano. fast food restaurant verogusto was 300 metres away from the place.

Didn't like the area, it was not good.

The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows, and the breakfasts were savory and reasonably good with sausages, cucumber, and cheese.

It's a nice hotel close to the metro and the city centre. The breakfast is decent, the staff is very helpful and the room is fairly comfortable. I read the comment about thin towels, it's all true but the bath sheet was fine and not as thin as hand towels. I would recommend the place and would stay there again.

The room I stayed was pretty spacious for the rate.

The room (twin) was clean and quite spacey. The location is not far away from the centre though you need to go about 800 m to the nearest metro station.

The staff could have been more polite but wouldn't say they were arogant. During the breakfast I missed some sliced cheese and vegetables but the rest was OK.

This place is cozy and has a modern vibe, set in a functional-style building. the staff here is super friendly and provides top-notch service. 😊

It was a clean hotel, the breakfast was ok.

The description of the hotel is newly renovated... I think it would be lucky if it was renovated in the last 20 years. Also it isn't very close to the metro and the area didn't feel that safe.

The hotel provides a GOOD service.

The room I stayed in had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a very comfortable bed.

Large room, separate w.c. to bath. Flat screen tv. Large underground parking. Large selection for breakfast. Pleasant waiter. Good location.

Furnishings and decor tired. Pillows like sacks of sand. Towels like t-towels, poor quality toiletries. Pay only Sky channels. Payment for Wifi - should be free. Access from/to garage not well signposted and goes past smelly dirty rubbish bins - not a good first impression of hotel. We had a large terrac e with two cheap plastic chairs on and the terrace had clearly never been cleaned for years. Air conditioning a lottery - it was switched off middle of night first night, then next night the unit poured water into the room at 5 am. The juice machines had missing buttons. Got the impression the hotelier was past caring as he has been there for 50 years. and many areas needed attention.
